Workplace Learning Solutions (WLS) – Terms and Conditions for Training Services and Digital Products
Effective Date: June 7, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the purchase and use of all products and services offered by Workplace Learning Solutions (“WLS”), including digital courses, masterclasses, sprints, full-day and half-day training workshops, subscription-based training, and in-person services. By purchasing or accessing any WLS offering, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Scope of Services
WLS provides training services in various formats, including but not limited to:
Digital courses (on-demand or live virtual)
Microlearning masterclasses and strategy sprints
Full-day and half-day workshops (virtual or in-person)
Subscription-based training access
In-person consulting, facilitation, and group instruction
Access details, format, and availability are described in each individual service listing or contract.
2. Access & Delivery
Digital products will be delivered via email, online portal, or LMS access.
Subscription products grant access for the length of the term stated in your plan.
In-person training will occur at the agreed-upon date, time, and location.
All access is non-transferable unless otherwise authorized in writing by WLS.
3. Payment Terms
All payments are due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
Group enrollments, custom training packages, or consulting services may be invoiced with net terms as agreed.
WLS reserves the right to suspend access or services for non-payment.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
For Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital course purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.
If technical difficulties prevent access, contact WLS support within 48 hours of purchase for assistance.
For Live Virtual or In-Person Training:
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event may be eligible for a credit toward future training.
No refunds for no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the session.
WLS reserves the right to reschedule or substitute facilitators in case of unforeseen circumstances.
For Subscription Services:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled in advance.
No refunds for unused subscription time.
A valid credit card is required at the time of enrollment and will be securely held on file. It will be auto-charged at the renewal interval according to the terms of your subscription contract.
5. Licensing & Usage
Purchases grant a single-user license for individual learning.
Sharing, reproducing, or distributing materials without written permission is prohibited.
Group licenses or enterprise use must be arranged separately.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and brand assets provided by WLS or its partners (including CertNexus) are protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy, adapt, publish, or use these materials beyond the intended training purpose.
7. Disclaimers
WLS does not guarantee specific outcomes or business results from any training.
Course content is provided for educational purposes and does not constitute legal, financial, or HR advice.
You are responsible for how you apply the knowledge gained.
8. Technical Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate device, internet connection, and system compatibility to access training.
WLS is not liable for access issues resulting from user-side technical problems.
9. Modifications and Termination
WLS reserves the right to update course content, revise schedules, or discontinue offerings at any time.
Accounts violating these terms may be terminated without refund.
10. Privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our [Privacy Policy]. We do not sell your information. Any data shared with third-party vendors (e.g., LMS providers or CertNexus) is limited to service delivery.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
